About

Introducing Anne Corbin

Every outward change has an inner starting point. By the inner world, Anne means the thoughts, beliefs, emotional patterns and assumptions that shape how we interpret experience and respond to it. When those patterns change, our choices, relationships and results can change too.

Anne has spent decades exploring personal development, practical psychology, awareness, energy and human potential—not as separate subjects, but as different ways of understanding how people change.

Her approach is reflective but practical: concerned not simply with what people know, but with how greater awareness can create different choices.

Anne’s work brings together psychology, philosophy, practical experience and a longstanding interest in the relationship between what happens within us and the results we create around us. Rather than offering another formula for self-improvement, Anne helps people notice the assumptions, patterns and emotional responses that can quietly shape what feels possible.

Across leadership development, mentoring, speaking, writing and podcasting, Anne creates space for people to pause, ask better questions and make choices with greater clarity. The aim is not to tell people who they should become, but to help them see more clearly what may already be shaping the way they work, lead and live.

Written Work

Ideas in written form

Anne is the author of two books and a contributing author to a third. Her latest book, Quantum Mastery: Awakening the Power of Consciousness, brings together many of the ideas that inform her work, including consciousness, self-mastery and the relationship between our inner world and the lives we create.

How it comes together

Before moving into her present work, Anne spent approximately twenty years working across professional practice, business and corporate environments as a Chartered Accountant. That experience gave her a grounded understanding of organisational life—the pressures people work under, the dynamics that shape behaviour and the difference between formal authority and effective leadership.

She has also worked as a teacher, bringing a natural ability to explain, question and facilitate into her training and mentoring. As a Certified Elite Mentorship Trainer within the Peter Sage organisation, she facilitates structured personal-development work supported by peer connection and accountability.

These different experiences now come together in work that connects the personal and professional, the practical and reflective.
